He laughed a little bit, then looked over to her for a moment, putting his hand on hers to stop her when she started to shut the jet down. "Hey, the club's an hour or two away by car... we can still take the jet out for a spin you know. And yes. I was planning on letting you drive." He grinned over to her, giving her hand a little squeeze before he let go and went back to his panel, opening the bay doors out by the tennis court, and engaging the stealth systems on full power.
"You aren't pushing me into anything, Talia... at least I don't think that. It means a lot to me that you care, truly. But my dreams?" he thought for a moment about it, shrugging. "I see a lot of things... other realities I guess. Realities where things I stopped from happening happen... or other things that were prevented. They're not all bad... but some of them are... on your travels, you ever go anywhere where the Nazi's won World War Two? That's always a nice one..."

"yeah i know were your coming from, I thought some of the places i seen well they should only be real in people nightmares." she could not tell him the places he see were real it may hurt him to much. she sat back down and started to power up the jet. It felt good to be doing something again. Of late all she has done was make kids run around. she lost the spark she once had and maybe thats why she was offering to help for the adventure of it all?
"So what new toys have you given this think? Hopefully not a disco ball?" she joked trying to lighten the sobering atmosphere.

He nodded in agreement with her, staying quiet for a little bit as he thought of all the things she must have seen on her travels. Hell, she'd probably seen a lot of the terrible things that worried him, in all honesty...
"Toys?" he asked, coyly, then smiled and shrugged. "Stealth systems, weaponry... I built some new shielding systems in, and I was able to do a lot of work with the existing EW - Electronic Warfare - systems. Computer systems have been significantly updated as well, she's got half the computing power of my labs in the basement now, plenty for whatever we need done on the fly, and a much expanded database in case we lose uplink with the Mansion. She's faster, more maneuverable, tougher to shoot down, and hits harder... so I pretty much upgraded the whole works. You can get a lot done when you don't spend much time sleeping, actually." he said, grinning a little. Coffee was his best friend a lot of the time...

slowly the jet started to lift off. for a few somber moments the jet lifted out of the hanger. t.j hold the stick not sure what to say. " Well lets hope we don't need any of it tonight then. I know how you feel. I ...." the pain was still fresh at times and she did not really want it to ruin the night. " I seen some nasty worlds but i been lucky i get to leave them hen the job done Mr creed him and blink well there world was hell. There world was dubbed A.O.A or Age of Apocalypse. Not some were you would go on holiday." the jet engines kicked in and they were flying towards the city. she should of told him about her baby but there was just something that were to hard.

"Yeah..." he said, trailing off a little bit, but then he looked over to her and smiled reassuringly. "Cheer up, TJ." he said, putting his hand on her shoulder and giving her a light squeeze. "We're not on that world, and that's not where we're going... so don't worry about it. We're headed off to have some fun aren't we?" he asked, looking back out the windows as they took off.
"Still headed for Hellfire?" he asked, trying to change the subject up a little bit.

T.J smiled and rolled the jet "of course i been itching to get out of that school for days. I just never had the chance that's all. Who would of thought there was paper work in being a gym teacher, I always thought they had it easy boy was i wrong." she smiled knowing he was trying to help. She decided not to tell him not yet after all things did may never even get to that stage. She looked at him and smiled, he was such a kind person she did feel a bit guilty. She was not exactly a normal person and well people did stare a lot. No0t many people could understand most mutants were lucky and at least looked normal

He laughed a little as she rolled the jet and talked about all the paperwork she had been up to, and he shook hid head. "Yeah, well, at least you don't have all kinds of homework to grade. I swear, some kids find the most bizarre ways to twist an easy problem into something absurd and impossibly difficult. Ah well though." He leaned back in the chair a little bit, rubbing at one of his temples while the headache faded away.
He didn't think too hard about what she looked like, or the looks she got. Hell, they were both mutants, both 'freaks'... she was just more obviously so than he was. It just turned out that his mutation was of the mind instead of the body. He oftentimes felt as alien as she did, even with many of the other mutants, knowing the way his brain worked...
"Are we there yet?" he finally said, grinning mischievously.

"no we are not." she took a few breath "ok now we are" slowly she started to land the jet. it had been a while since she had done this and it was a sligtly bumpy landing. she felt glad that things were lightening up everything was so dark at the moment. she was glad some of the older x men were finding there way back to the fold. she looked out on to the playing feild she had used as a landing strip. "Not bad eh lets hope no one fancy a mid night came on the field eh?" she was impresed with his work he relay was gifted.

"Aw. Darn." he said, chuckling a little as she delivered the expected response, but they really were almost there, so he knew she'd have to recant that statement almost immediately. He let her power down the systems herself, and made sure the cloaking was fully online before he looked over, nodded and smiled. "Yeah, let's hope, huh?" He laughed a little and unbuckled himself, then he walked to the door and lowered the ramp, motioning for her to head out ahead of him. Once she had he walked out as well, closed the ship up, and looked around a moment before pointing in what was, more or less thanks to his power, the direction they were to be headed in.
"The club's over that way isn't it?" he asked, still just slightly unsure, since very occasionally in times like this his ability did turn out to be not entirely accurate. There were too many possible directions, and too many possible responses from her. Some of them might have been in jest. Actually arriving at the club was just a bit too far in the future for him to see exactly.

"yeah I think so." She took his arm and started to stroll down the field towards the exit. It had been a long time since she had a night out. SLowly she looked out over the city with a sigh. It was never going to be the same again no mater how much she wanted it to. She knew like all x men what ever was going to happen it was going to change them all, But tonight was not the night for that it was for having.
"So am i going to get you up to dance this time?" she joked running her free hand threw her hair. She hated the way everything was going but she hoped that for tonight she could forget the troubles of the x mansion and just be a normal person. Garnted a blue normal person.

"Oh, you might." he said, laughing a little bit and looking back over towards her as she took his arm, and he walked with her out of the courts and out onto the sidewalks. He could see the club in the distance, so he grinned a little bit (since his direction had been right) and turned towards it, walking close at her side.
"I mean, being an engineer doesn't automatically make me some sort of stick in the mud." he continued jokingly, as though she'd offended him. He paused a moment, though, when they were closer to the club, and he saw the line to get in - he winced just slightly at this and looked to her, lifting a brow. "Think we can get in....? Looks like they have some sorta list..."

"Really wow?" she laughed sarcasm dripping from each world. " I thought you lot all had any fun removed from you when you graduated!" a shocked look on her face. she looked to the line. a knowing smile on her face. she walked up the the front of the line the door man removed the rope and let teh two of them in. he nodded to t.j as they walked in to the club.
she smiled as teh music washed over her, she could feel the music beating down on her as she did. it was refreshing after being stuck as miss Wagner all day she could finally be just T.J and that felt so good. it did help that the company was worth it.

"It's not fun they remove - it's social aptitude. I'm still astonished a pretty girl like you'll even talk to me" he said, grinning back to her. He was a little puzzled when she just bypassed the line, but he figured it was better just to roll with whatever TJ was up to than put any kind of wrench in the works, so he kept walking as though everything was completely normal, and stood behind her at the front of the line, looking to the bouncer for a moment and waiting while - well son of a bitch... he was going to let them in.
His power told him only a moment before the man actually did it, and he stepped in, ignoring angry calls from people who were trying to get in, and giving the man a light nod as he passed. The music was an auditory assault as soon as they walked in, but hell, at least it was good music... He stepped up behind TJ, put his arms around her, and leaned close to her ear so she could hear him over the sound level in the place. "Okay, I have to ask - how did you pull that off? You have connections here, or something?" he said, loudly enough - he hoped, for her to hear. After that, one way or another, he nodded toward the bar.
"You want to get something to drink, or do we head out to the dance floor first?"

T.J smiled as they move don to the floor of the club. " I think a drink might be in order. Lol well Its a long story. Before he went legit he was a member of the Brotherhood. She pulled out her purse and reveled a picture first of her and Cain. Then one of her and Granddad mother and uncle. "Old member still respect Granddad and well Cain still scares the shit out of them. so when word gets around that You are the daughter of The scarlet witch you gain some respect. And free door passes to some mutant clubs."
She headed to the bar fading out at times when the lights were not on her. she waited trying to get to the bar not all her skills were of use in places like that and well not every one knew how she was and she was happy at that.

She might not have had anything special for getting through the crowd, but part of Aidan's power made it very easy for him to pick the best path through the place... he put an arm around her lightly and pulled her lightly to the side just before someone who might have had a few too many at the bar stumbled into the space, knocking people over as he fell - of course Aidan and TJ had just neatly avoided the chaos.
"I guess I never realized how well connected you are here - since you're from an alternate reality and all. Then again, your granddad is one well-connected guy." He chuckled a little as he offered her a seat, having to stand just to the side of her and lean on the bar since the other seats were taken, and he smiled lightly at her, waiting a moment for the barkeep to come closer.
He did after a moment, then, and looked over to the man. "Arnold Palmer with a hit of vodka, please. What'll you have, TJ?"
