"vodka and orange" she leaned agenst the bar. "Yeah its all about politics you know. I just hope that Granddad can do some good, from what i hurd he is not really the most liked person. That was always Xavier blessing people liked him and got on with him, He never did half the things Magneto has done and well teh press never forget that."
SHe felt down at the thought, not every one knew him like she did. She got to see the softer side of him. She smiled pushing it down and letting the music take over. Dancing that was something she enjoyed and at least the music was good and so was the company.

"I wouldn't worry too much about the Headmaster." Aidan said, shaking his head a little while the bartender made the drinks. "He seems to have a way of getting things to go the way he wants them to. And this time he's on the same side as all the people who used to stop him - without all them against him I doubt there's many things that can go so wrong he won't be able to handle it. Honestly sometimes I wonder if he even needs the rest of us, with all the power he has." He gave her hand a reassuring squeeze, smiling warmly.
"Don't worry about it so much. He doesn't seem like he worries much about what anyone outside of the school thinks of him, and if anything goes really sideways, you and I will be in a position to do something about it too, won't we?" He smiled a bit wider, taking and paying for the drinks, then he handed her hers and took a drink, taking her hand and pulling her out a little bit towards the dance floor. "Just remember, I do care what you think, so dont laugh too hard if I'm no good at this dancing thing!"

she laughed " Not every one got heightened agility like me." she took his hand and moved to the dance floor, slowly she started to get the rhythm of the music using her body to help Insight move along with her. she slid across his body with grave she moved so he could get a nice view of her body as she slid down his. she was flirting with her dancing and she was in her element and it showed. she smiled as she moved close to him her body pressed close to his "Having fun" she whispered in to his ear.
She knew he was not use to dancing but she could take the lead all he realy had to so there was let her take the lead and keep the rhythm.

He was, at least, glad that she didn't mind taking the lead with the whole thing. As much as he protested the usual stereotypes, there were reasons for them - one didn't manage to get out much when one was taking enough math classes to drive most people insane. At one point he'd started having dreams about three dimensional calculus - that was probably scarier than any of the occasional glimpses into other realities his power afforded him...
"No, I guess you'd have the advantage there." he said, laughing and keeping up with her fairly well for the most part. He did keep himself in fair shape and training, just not this kind... "How could I not?" he whispered back to her, grinning slightly and keeping an arm around her waist. Would that more nights stayed this "quiet". This sort of noise he could take.

T.J smiled and ran her hands along his body as they danced. she enjoyed "letting her hair down" like this it was always fun and that was something the x men forgot about from time to time was fun. Most combat teams did forget they were more than just solders in a war. The exiles had but with her and morph on the team they made sure that time was always made for R&R. once the music finished she lead him back to the table to have a sit down.
The sweat from the lights made her body glisten in them. "so tell me why the x-men? with your powers and talents you could be rich working for the likes of stark or Mr Fantastic?" it was something that always interested her

He took a few moments to catch his breath when they finally found a place to sit, and he set the mostly empty drink down, putting an arm around her shoulders and shrugging a little bit at her question, laughing.
"Did I ever say I was poor? You saw my car, right? I've actually been banned from Vegas - they get kind of suspicious when you start with a twenty and some change and walk out with six million dollars. I'd just developed my powers and was trying to learn how to focus them into something useful... not exactly me at my most honest." He shook his head a little bit, then took another drink.
"Actually, though, I worked for Stark Enterprises for four years after I got out of college. After Mister Stark got put in a coma, though, and Osborn took over the company, it really stopped being a good place to work. I got fired, about three months back, and your grandfather offered me a job barely a week later. I'd been trying the whole mutant vigilante thing already, and I'd wanted to teach, so..." he shrugged again. "Here I am. What about you? I know you're not from this plane but you never said much about how you got here."
