Now what am i going to do with this? Well i going to show you." the camera paned out and showed a dump. "this is what i think of it cap and of your avengers." he picked the shield up and tossed it in to the dumb. slowly a pile of trash fell covering the Shield in Rubbish.
"Now it is were it truly belongs. Any one who wants the item come get it you know were it is." The hood smiled. "One last thing Mr Stark you will be next." with that the camera faded out.

Cable was stunned by the news. How dare any one do that to a icon of there time? it was not A weapon but a rallying point of free men. In his time he had been it carrier and it angered him how any one could do that to such a thing. he knew he had to get it and return it to the rightful owner before some one like Osborn or Sage got it. God knows what they would do with it.
"Body slide by one." with a blur he was gone.
Now floating above the rubbish heap he raised his hand and the trash started to float in to the air. he was still shocked about this time and how barbaric its waste processing was. after a few moments of scanning he lifted saw it. the Shield and slowly it floated towards him. It felt strange to hold the weapon for again. HE was tempted to keep it after all it would come in handy. Many had lost there life so that he could get this, but it was not meant for him to be its user just yet he would give it to the man it was made for. HE sensed some one coming and he placed the artifact on his back and was ready just encase it was a fight they were looking for.

(since we've been unable to get anyone else to do this thread, I'll jump in)
Janet had been watching everything from the shadows, watching intensely, as first the Hood made his big speech, then leaving before the arrival of the mutant known only as Cable. She had first heard of him years ago, back when he ran the original X-Force team, then later with Six-Pack. From what she knew, he was from an alternate future where Apocalypse had conquer the world and turned it into a barren wasteland, unfit for even the lowest of life forms. He had come to the past to make sure his future never happened, and from everything she knew, he succeeded. She also knew that he had minor telepathic and telekinetic abilities, which he rarely used unless he had no other option, although considering he had gone toe-to-toe with Wolverine and lived, she knew a direct attack would be almost suicide.
From her roof-top hiding place, just two buildings to his left, she shrank down to a quarter of an inch, and flew straight at him, flying low and fast to lessen the chance of him spotting her. She could only hope that his psychic abilities weren't up to par of those of Emma Frost or Jean Grey, or she knew he'd spot her, before she could get off a single blast. Flying for his left ear,she readied a single Wasp's sting for his brain, her hands glowing with yellow bio-energy.

"Miss Van dyne. How nice of you to join me." he looked in her direction with a smile. As the sting brushed of shielding. "so you are working for the hood. now?" he smiled as he placed the suggestion with in her mind for her to grow to normal size. He knew she was once a founding avenger and that fact earned respect in every one. he looked to her again what could of made her turn evil.
She clearly underestimated him, he gone toe- to toe with the silver surfer. Grated he had nearly died in the process but he had broken his surfboard and held his own for long enough. " Tell me Wasp why join with the hood?"

She had faced her share of telepaths in her long career as a superhero, from Moondragon, to even Jean Grey herself when Magneto had managed to con both teams into fighting eachother, granted Jean's powers weren't what they would eventually grow to be, but still, it was quite a resume, none the less. She strained, closing her eyes, as she fought his hold, but ultimately, grew back to her "human" height. The was a look of pure hate, when he asked her why she turned. "Because my so-called friends left me to die on Alcatraz Island, after Hawkeye tried to kill me." She stood up, her hands still glowing, as she fought the urge to blast him, knowing they wouldn't get past the shield.
While she didn't like the Hood, and knew full well that he was just using her, she preferred fighting on his team if it would get her a chance to get her revenge on her former teammates. "So what are you doing here, Cable? After how the 'good guys' treated your mother, I would think you'd want to see them dead aswell. Don't tell me you actually care what happens to them." Her eyes scanned him, looking for any open, any weakness she could exploit and attack.

"dont bother looking Janet. I can sense your moves before you even think them. My mother well she gets what she deserves. I care about the world Wasp and how it could become and people like your boss makes that even harder. The world could be a better place and one day it will see that. Revenge is never worth following, i know that. "
HE knew what was going on more than any one after all he was from the future. "This can go one of two ways One i kick your ass all over this dump or you fuck off back to what ever whole you crawled out of and get out of my way." he looked at her scanning her mind. he was one of the most powerful combat grade telepath . while jean, Xavier and frost were genraly more powerful he was skilled in using his power in combat.

A smile appeared on her face, softening her delicate features, as she started laughing, right in his face. While most people would have heeded his words, Janet didn't even consider that as an option. Sure, he was a tough opponent, but considering she had defeated gods, immortals, and demons, she felt there was absolutely no way he could hope to beat her, even if he was a telepath. "Help the world? So you're a hippie now? No, I think you're just a pathetic old man who can't see just who the hell he's talking to. Now hand over the shield, or I'll fry your brain, inside your thick skull." With that, she quickly grew to fifteen feet tall, and at that height, her blasts would be to wide for the shield to fully block, and would have the force and voltage of a bolt of lightening.
Her smile turned and revealed a twisted, almost demonic side to her, as energy crackled around her hands, and she stared down at the older warrior. "By the way, how is the little brat that you've been seen with? I hear that Bishop wants her dead. Maybe after I finish you off, I'll go help him with that." As in her fight with the Avengers' Hjordis, Janet did her best to pick and prod her opponent, knowing that he would be easier to beat, if he became to angry.

cable looked down for a moment as she grew he fought giants before. " You think you can anger me like some street punk Janet? I am a solder of Clan Askani. I am above such things." He would have to show her that he was not going to be a push over. he could not say that hope was his his world but she was in truth more than that and when her powers awoke she would be able to defend her self.
He floated up in to the air him self level with her face. his eye glowing as he looked at her. he had held providence in the air while battling the army's of the world. he was going to have to use more power than he wanted to. "do you think you can take me?" his bionic eye scanning every thing he could finding some way to beat her quickly. He sent a wave of energy to her jugular, the force would of snapped her head clean off. however she was larger than normal so it should make her go down.

Her eyes followed him, as he rose up to her level, stopping as he did. There was no hint of fear or worry from her, as much as she could tell that he did not fear her, either. Still, she knew that even though they were both determined to win this battle, only one of them would. "Really? Well then you're as much a fool as the X-Men were, when they chose to challenge the Avengers. I heard how you picked a fight with Warmachine, as well as Ironman, two of the weakest members of the Avengers, and got your @$$ handed to you. If you can't beat them, you stand no chance against me."
Because they had no powers themselves, Janet didn't feel that Tony and James Rhodes deserved her respect, even though both men had saved her life on at least one occasion. She also felt that anyone who lost a fight with them wasn't even worth her time, or breath, but he had something she wanted and was determined to have. It was then that Cable used his telekineses against her, hitting her with enough force to knock her off balance and give her a split lip, while knocking her head back. She was stunned for a moment, but she quickly shook off the attack's effect, shaking her head as the taste of blood touched her tongue. The blood brought back the memory of when Hank Pym struck, afew years back, causing a rage to build inside her. "You dare?! You who couldn't beat a weakling like Ironman, dare yo strike me?! I'll kill you for that!" She quickly went to strike him, with the back off her left hand, which if connected, she would follow up with a full powered Waspsting to his left arm, and overloading it with bio-electricity.

cable whet flying. the blow would of killed most people but not every one had cables powers. he floated in the air narrowly avoiding the wasp sting. his t.k. and then the T.O. took most of the damage. he was still in hell of a lot of pain. he grown soft over the years and he cursed him self.
he smiled as he unsung the shield he hurled it at her ankle a pressure point that would hopefully make her fall. it was time to fightthe way he knew best and that was with people by his side he hoped threw peoples minds till he found what he was looking for a Wade next door neighbour. he made her walk to his door and knock.
"Wade cable needs your help at the dump."
lucky he was able to focus on the fight as well using his t.k to force the shield faster than it would go with just a normal throw hoping he being of balance would give him time.

While his record against Avengers wasn't anything to be proud of, at least in her mind, Cable was no push over. His time with the X-Men and other teams had made him a dangerous, and skilled opponent, something that was made evident by how well he handled the shield. His aim was nearly as good as Steve Rogers', as the disked-shaped weapon struck her Achilles tendon, causing her to crash to the ground and shrink down to her normal height. Still, Janet was a warrior herself, trained by Hank Pym, Steve Rogers, and Clint Barton in multiple fighting styles, making her just as dangerous in combat, as she showed, when she pushed through the pain, and fired several more stings, one aimed for each of his limbs. Her energy was running low and she knew she would have to stop and rest soon, or collapse from exhaustion.

Wade was sound asleep, sprawled out across a strangely gray and lumpy couch and snoring loudly enough to shake the rafters when he heard the knock at the door.
"No mommy not the pink bow!" he shouted, sitting up, currently sans costume and in only his boxers, and blinked a few times. "Wait. This isn't... Bad brain! Bad!" he bonked his hand on his temple, then looked up again at a second knock, grabbed his mask, and pulled it on before he opened the door and leveled a very large, gaudy golden pistol.
"It fires diamond bullets. I call it the Compensator." he said in a dark voice, then blinked again when the woman didn't react, and told him that Cable was in trouble.
"Nate! You creepy bodysnatcher! So that's what you do in your spare time! Ever try on a supermodel? This one's kinda homely. Oh well. Be there as soon as I get my undies on." he closed the door, tossed the gun aside, and looked around.
"Now what did I do with all my Semtex...?" he looked under the couch, then sat up, poked it, and slapped his forehead.
-------------------------
"Bodyslide by one!"
Deadpool appeared in the air over the dump, carrying a now somewhat sagging gray couch over one shoulder and a parachute unfurling as he fell. "Couch delivery, Ma'am!" he called, then heaved the thing down at her, pulling the detonator as he did. The detonation would be enough to flatten a large portion of the dump centered at where she'd been standing, and Wade smashed into a car about ten feet from Cable, putting a serious dent in the door and leaving him hanging upside down, looking dazed.
"Hrble sktha.... how's that?"

"That was different wade." he knew that dead pool was the right choice. Granted he was crazy and all that but the he was deadly. the shield returned to his arm with a glowing blue aura around it. He knew the was could only last so long before she tired and wade well he never tired of fighting. There had been a time were he was like that him self, over the years with hope he had softened but now with his powers like they were. well it was time to get tough again. He wanted to killer for her threat earlier but he knew or hoped she could be saved.
The blast hut of his defenses and moved him back. it was a good job the dump was clear of people or some one would of died in that blast. he could feel the T.O eating at his flesh as it healed him

"Couch delivery, Ma'am!" With that shout, Janet looked up in time to see the falling DeadPool and the couch, falling towards her like a heat-seeking missile. "What the hell is..." She was cut off by the explosion, which sent burning pieces of wood and cloth-covered metal in all directions, which besides distracting her from frying Cable to a crisp, also disoriented her with the loud blast, causing her to fire one last Waspsting, at full power, hitting an office building. At her current height, the blast tore through the building's walls, rafters and support beams like they weren't even there, causing floors to start to collapse on top of one another, trapping the people inside.
Equasted and nearly completely drained of all of her energy, Janet shrank down to her normal height and backed up into the brick, alley wall of another building. She was on the verge of passing out, but her adrenalin was keeping her conscious and aware of what had just happened, although she knew it wouldn't last much longer. "Well heroes, will you save the innocent people in that building, or fight me? It's your choice." Her smile returned, as the cries of the trapped people could be heard from inside the crumbling building.

"It so happens that 'different' is what I do. And you owe me a new couch." He pointed at Cable as he said this, then pried himself out of the car wreckage with a series of very painful sounding pops, which repeated themselves fairly quickly as his healing factor dealt with the severe damage. "Ouch... I think that bruised my duodenum..." He leaned back a little, and cracked his back - literally breaking a misplaced vertebrae so it could heal properly, then he adjusted his mask a little bit and nodded.
"Perfect landing, as usual. So where's Long Tan and Psychotic? Maybe if she's anything more than smithereens I can get a number. She's a shoo-in for those Janet van Dyne impersonation contests... sexy Avengers... rawr." When she did emerge, though, and blasted the hole through the building, he seemed unfazed, and instead pulled two very large assault rifles from his back harness, leveling them at her.
"Ha! You face the crack team of Wade Wilson and Nathan Dayspring Summ... Cable! Your foolish attempt at wanton destruction cannot compete with what we can achieve! Wait..." He looked over to Cable. "You can hold the building up, right?"
