"What a shame... your friend here didn't quite satiate my appetite."
Turning her head back to the 'friend' that she had been speaking of, Satana admired her work. The body wasn't exactly rotting, but it did look as if the muscles, fat and other inner body substances had been sucked from the victim's body cavity. Subsequently, the eyes were sunken into the eye sockets and the jaw, as well as the cheek, bones could be easily identified, with the occasional ripping of the skin. The effects were conventional, though the way that the body reacted to the loss of life was a bit different than normal, seeing as the body cringed instead of being limp. Interesting.
Satana then tossed the body to the side before losing her train of thought and her purpose of being on the docks at this time of night. Her sights were now on the pathetic human being who was had been standing in front of her with a look of shock on their face, as if seeing your friend be siphoned dry of their life essence was a traumatizing experience. However, the problem at hand was her next meal had hightailed it and was probably looking for some way to get out of his current situation... a rather bad situation. The docks would prove to be Satana's friend because they happened to the location of a commercial storage and exchange. In other words, there were giant metal containers stacked upon one another and a maze of walkways that led from one place to another and there was very little chance that her target would escape her upper hand.
Levitation was a slow process and judging by Satana's demeanor, there wasn't enough time in the world to wait. But she did need a good vantage point and the only place that proved to be advantageous was a top the containers or something else. Muttering for a moment, Satana uttered a spell and found herself disappearing in a swirl of hellish smoke, only to reappear on the top of one of the high containers. The spell had executed perfectly and now all she had to do was find her prey, which should be a relatively easy task.
Satana switched from her regular vision to a more refined sense of sight which allowed her to see souls and see people and things in their true forms. There was a moment a moment that passed, with Satana doing nothing but scanning the terrain below for signs of a soul, and she soon picked up on something moving at a speed that could be determined, at an eye glance and applying certain sciences, as that of around six miles an hour, which also happened to somewhere around the speed a human could run carrying around anything of considerable weight.
Whatever was weighing down the man wasn't of Satana's concern, though she assumed it was just the man's own weight. He did look a little hefty from what she could remember. Shrugging to herself, the young red-headed woman began her venture to the other side of the port and relatively close to the entrance. She began to jog and figured that she would reach the victim with ease, seeing as he wasn't really moving at a challenging speed. An eye was shifted onto the man every once in a while and then she would turn back and pay attention to where she was going; falling off of a metal container and a considerable height from the ground wasn't in her plans... ever.
Hopping from one container to another, Satana made a loud clang onto the rusted metal surface, hoping that it would be heard by the runaway and add to the fright they were suffering from. She picked up her pace a bit and began to close in on the man. He wasn't moving. Perhaps someone or something had gotten to him before her? No. The soul was still full and waiting for her to abscond with it.
Within a jump, levitating to cushion her landing and capturing the control of the man's mind, Satana was only a kiss away from augmenting her power and satisfying her appetite for souls. However, there was a interruption. Apparently, whatever-this-guy's-names-was friend's came looking for him and they could be seen in the near distance. They probably worked for pretty powerful people. You know, the crime lord or dirty business man type that sent their cronies to check up on just about everything, which was probably what Satana had interrupted when she first came into contact with the men on the docks.
Paying no attention to the man under her control, Satana stood motionless waiting for the next move made by the oncoming party. The cars had stopped and now the lights flickered and shut off. The movement made within the car and any outside of it was very minimal. The wind blew loose debris across the old wood docks surface at times and the men inside the car would shift a bit, probably making themselves comfortable and waiting for any movement in Satana's direction.

Out of the car a man in a red clock steeped out. he been Informed that some one worth talking to was here and well it was better than waiting for stark or Rodgers to come after him. slowly he looked around and noticed the woman. his eyes flared up glowing red as he saw what she truly was. he smiled, this could be worth it. he walked slowly to the woman.
He did not make any sudden movements at all. HE clapped his hands together. Looking at the poor soul she had ensnared. " Lovely work my dear. i could use some one with those skills in my Organization. If you are interested?"

What a surprise. There was at least one man that was willing to approach her. The status quo was normally something along the lines of: stopping the car, turning off the headlights, looking around in the dark from the car and heading back to tell the boss they had found nothing... not even a body or anything they might should have found while doing their reconnaissance. But this one man had decided that he was going have some gall and approach her, though that may be the last thing he would do, but the same could be for her; she never could tell with the rare whack job criminals and their cronies.
Within a matter of seconds, however, Satana was pretty much disappointed and amused at the same time. A man in a crimson cloak? That was the best these people had to offer? No. No. They probably just sent a decoy and wanted to assess what she could and/or would do to him. At least that was the most she could see for the usefulness of this man. Trying not to completely underestimate the cloak man walking towards her, Satana attempted to point out somethings that could be advantages of his attire. For one thing, she liked the color, but coming from the daughter of the devil that may have just been expected. Perhaps there was an advantage with the stealth factor.
But no matter how much she would try to think that this guy might end up being some sort of a threat, a small image of Little Red Riding Hood would pop into her head and make her laugh inwardly. Honestly, the only difference between the two was the color tone and gender of the wielder. And, Little Red Riding Hood carried around a basket for her Grandmother while this guy was probably packing weapons and probably didn't give a damn about his grannie.
Snapping back to the situation at hand, Satana turned to sound of applause--not the studio type of applause, but the devious, 'I'm impressed' type of applause--and it was coming from the hooded man. She had only seen or heard of these things happening in the movies and the only people who ever did it were the badass guys who ran the gangs and had no issue antagonizing others. She looked at him with a slender eyebrow raised at his actions; hopefully he had a reason for this useless clapping because the more and more he decided to bother her, the more and more her demon-driven appetite was growing.
Glancing over at her mindless minion, Satana bit her lip lightly and shook her head. As stated before, the hunger was going to end up sending her into a frenzy if she didn't get another soul in a while. However, there was one problem and that was the man who had stopped walking and clapping but was now speaking.
Satana furrowed her eyebrows when she heard the man refer to her 'skills' and how he could use them. Switching to a more refined vision once again, Satana took notice that there was a human wearing the cloak, but there was a more magical property to it; a dark magic property. This is what she got for underestimating people, a slight disadvantage herself. Staring at the man for a moment, not moving in the slightest, Satana acted as if she were pondering the job offer.
"I don't think you're aware of what your asking for."
He mustn't have. He hadn't seen what she had done to the poor soul she had left back on the docks or what she was planning to do to the mind-controlled crony.

"well it can wait till you have finished what it is you are doing." he sat down on a box and gestured for her to continue. he had seen this sort of things before. he had demonic powers granted on him. he had been told by his master that this was were some one who could be useful to them would be. he had also been told that his master and this woman father had struck a deal, The hood could not harm her in any way or even be able to order any of her men to hurt her in return she could not harm the hood. he could shoot at her all day and not one bullet would touch her.
it was a fair deal in the hoods mind. his eyes glowed red as he sat there watching the show. He knew that he could offer her a way to get more souls and hopefully those of some heroes would be good. he needed to send a message to stark.
A dark thought slipped in to his mind. from what his spy had told him stark had been visiting a former employee a mother. she had a child. He waited for her to finish what he was doing before he would speak again.

Oh really?
The demoness' obsidian colored eyes shined with a hint of red as she watched the hooded man move over and sit on a wooden crate near the entrance. She wasn't fond of having others watch her in the midst of her soul feeding, whether it's in the beginning or towards the end. She hadn't stood for that in the past and she wasn't going to stand for it now. There was also the issue of the tenth soul deal and she didn't feel like sending a man she found no fault in to the depths of her father's realm of Hell. Honestly, she didn't really like being there either, mostly because she didn't enjoy the company of her father or any of the other pathetic demons that called Hell their home.
Staring in the direction of the man, who was already within her right hand's grasp and obediently waiting to be used towards the payment that Satana was instructed to make to her father; every nine souls she consumed, the tenth one was sent to Hell and made property of her father. At the moment, however, Satana wasn't feeling in the mood to cooperate; and that went for both her greedy father and his deal and this demon-influenced or imbued man waiting to watch, and probably enjoy the feeding. There was an overall want to not cooperate with anything that had to deal with demons, not even her own demon part.
Letting the crony free from her control, the daughter of Satan told him to leave before she changed her mind, which was something that rarely happened but occasionally proved to be more satisfying. Wasting no time after releasing the man began to run toward his boss' car, Satana turned towards The Hood and smiled. She wasn't the type of person to wait for anything and when the hooded man had told her that what he had to offer could wait, Satana immediately disagreed and desired to know what it was that he was so interested in, as well as ask him questions a few simple questions.
"So, what exactly could wait?"

" I would like to make you an offer." he smiled as he slowly stood up. " I find my self in need of some one with your skills. Of course your free will be grate and i offer you the chance to enjoy some of the fine souls of heroes. Such as Captain America and Ironman, You see i am the new king pin of new york." he walked around the place taking it all in. " With your skills and what i have planed i am sure you would benefit from this arrangement. I could and am willing to make it worth your time to work with me. So tell me what would i have to give to get you on to my side?"
The hood was willing to make a deal with a devil again. he knew she would be of some use to him and well he knew she would be of use to him as well. There was so much both of them could gain from each other he wondered of she would take the bait he offered up.

As ordered by the Hood, Janet stayed in the limo, wearing a black cloak which covered the top half of her face, her eyes fixed on her master, who was busy trying to recruit another minion to his cause of killing the Avengers. Normally, she wouldn't be within a mile of anyone like the Hood or Satana, without giving them a full powered Waspsting. However, due to having been placed under his spell though, she was just another minion, a puppet to do his will. She sat on the leather seat, her hands on her lap and at her "normal" height, waiting for his word or command to fly out and blast Satana.

It was funny how people just believed that they could make offers to others without the slightest idea of how they truly were. Just because you spot a redheaded woman on a dock with one of your men under their control doesn't mean that they aren't necessarily a hero themselves; whether you could see that they were a half-demon and were planning to remove the mind-dominated man's soul from his mouth with an unconventional form of soul sucking. And Satana saw absolutely no reason why this man felt as if she was inclined to want to feast on the 'finest' souls, as he said. Yes, he did have a demonic cloak advantage, but that was it.
"All souls are the same to me... that is unless there is a lack of it."
She wasn't going to simply let a demon-influenced man get his way. After the events that had happened in previous times and the fact that they were mostly connected to the fact that he father had made her life ruin since puberty, she wasn't really looking forward working with or for any other demons or denomination of demon. No deals were going to be made, at least not involving her being conscientious of the fact that she made such a agreement. Though, as stated before, a person could always change their mind and normally only if the change is more satisfying.
Staring at the cloak with her cold obsidian eyes, Satana crossed her arms across her chest and smiled devilishly. Maybe he would like to try another approach and attempt to convince her of his prowess with heroes and the possibility of recruiting her for such a job as taking the souls of men that she saw no reason to remove from this world.

"The grate thing about working with me is it goes two ways. if you need help i sure can arrange some. Beside this is business, feel free to add some terms of your own. Granted i not sure your dad will be to happy with you working for the competition." he smiled as he spoke. this was going to be interesting. "Some one of your talents will not be just a grunt i don't want that i have enough of them. I need some one with your talents but i need them to be able to lead think on there feet. so what would it take for me to get you in my team?"

That was almost insulting. Implying that a demoness, such as herself, might need help from anyone and especially from someone that she didn't really think highly of. Despite the fact that this man was influenced by a demon, he certainly didn't realize that there were only some demons that were willing to actually strike business with anyone outside their kind. And even if they had used 'business' tactics to resolve and issue, they certainly weren't going to abide by that for eternity, because they were demons, skillful evil spirits that were ultimately interested in the destruction of others. It was in their nature.
My Daddy?
That was enough to make her not only curious, but antagonize her as well. This 'Hood' fellow must have figured that she had still completely answered to her father and had some sort of inclination to do whatever daddy instructed her to do. However, that was utterly faulty. There had never really been good terms between her and her father, and due to recent events, Satana felt no need to help the unprincipled demon out. He had dominion over a realm of Hell, he should be able to handle himself and not be cumbersome to his progeny, especially not his daughter.
"It appears your business is with my father... not me. So, I'm not interested."
Though she had actually been giving some thought to the initial offer, Satana now saw that she was simply being used a puppet in one of her father's schemes; and she knew the ultimate consequence of siding with her father or trying to gain the demonic power to beat him, death. And honestly, she hadn't died in a while and it would be nice to live longer than the typical 3-7 years that she normally experienced. Who knows? Maybe she could actually build more of a life for herself than murdering men with a kiss.

"Not really what i have planed will up set him. maybe even anger him. you see i am more than happy to make it worth your while. As i said he may not be so happy so if your scared of his wrath then i may as well just leave you be." he smiled as he hoped this was going to work. "You may not be able to handle robbing a child of a soul." he stood up and started to head to the door. "The offer is there if you wish to be part of something bigger than your dad get out of his shadow and become more than you are. I know its hard living in some one shadows"

"You're insisting that I'm scared of my father? And you're most horribly mistaken."
And that was insulting. To hint at the idea that she was scared of her father's, what had he called it, wrath. If she was honestly scared of the pathetic bastard, would she have done all of the rebellious things that she had in the past? Attempting to overthrow him? Turning against him on recent occasions? No. And she sure as hell wasn't going to be mistaken as a little girl who was afraid that daddy might get mad if she did something off his radar.
Satana's obsidian eyes flared with a hint of red and watched the hooded man begin his walk back towards his car and write her off as some weakling. It wasn't going to end here. Turning on her heels, Satana raised an arm in the direction of the car the Hood had arrived in. Consequently, a wall of fire surrounded the car and provided a barrier for any surprises the Hood might have hidden. With another thought-casted spell, Satana made the containers to either side of the two form a closure of the entrance and did the same for the other opening that lead into the shipyard.
"A child's soul... perhaps not. But I would gladly take yours."
With her hands flaring with hellfire, the Daughter of Satan stood ready to initiate a fight. The hellish flames within her control immediately shot towards the Hood as she flung out her arm and intended to do the mistaken man spiritual and physical pain.

The fire lapped around him. "My soul is gone girl and i don't want a fight." It was true he had no time for this and well he did not want to anger her father, his own master would not be to happy if he broke the truce but if she did? Well that would make things more interesting? Was that why he had been sent her not to make an ally but to change the political info structure of the hell lords? he felt the fire burn his body he could feel the answer as he feel to his knees. Yes this was the out come he wanted or at least his master wanted. he could fight back but that would not stain the hell lord as much as if he continued to honor the non aggressive pact.
HE feel to his knees. "I will not fight back. My boss and your father have a pact and i shall honor it." he smiled waiting to see her next move. he bit down as the fire burned him but it was like the fair of his nightmares that swallowed his whole sleep. " I am sorry if i offended you. Its clear i was wrong to try and bully you in to joining me. I have gotten so use to dealing with people that have to be, That i forgot i was talking to some one with brains." HE bit down as the pain covered his body and well it was sore. He was getting use to it by now after all when the daemon came threw it was like this. Hopfully his new tactic would work
