Every few decades or so the earth is usually witness to a catasrophic event. Sometimes it's a war, sometimes it's a terrorist threar. Other times, it's something that will change life as we know it. Something that will cause us to question our humanity, our faith, and our very existence. What would this event be, this cataclysm? Well, a person. A person that lived a regular life like all of us, but he was anything but normal. He unleashed an attack, an attack that didn't include guns, missles or any other kind of weaponry of the sort. He just used his power. That;s right, his power. He was a super human, something that we only though existed in our sci fi and comic book worlds. He had the power to manipulate all of the earth around him, and with his first savage attack, decimated an entire block, killing hundreds.
It was after this display that more and more superbeings started to unveil themselves. Some for the same reasons as the first man, because they were sick of hiding because people would hate them because of their difference. Some did it to save lives, and some didn't even know and their dormant powers were activated in a state of heightened emotion or if they were in genuine danger or panic. But for whatever reasons their power has been shown, their secret is out now.
It has been fifteen years since the Beginning Attack, that's what they're calling it. Oh, who are they? They are the new faction assigned to keep track of anything and everything super human. Whether they be for or against super human rights, it's where they work. They are called the S District, 's' being for superhuman. The District has files on every super human that was willing to come forward with their power and identity, whether it be a scared youth or a father, if they have powers, the District most likely knows who they are. Since the Beginning attack happened, there have been alliances and teams forming. There is the League of the Void, lead by Robert Jamminson, the first super human to ever become known and do the Beginning Attack. This is a league of super villains, who just want to watch the world burn for their rejection. There are the Challengers, a league of super heroes who put aside human differences to help out in the world, whether it be in normal life or in seroius crisis situations.
There are also small teams or gangs of youthfull super beings.
Among these smaller groups are the Gathering X, a team of youths that are dedicated to protecting their city.
The Steel Order, an all female team of super villains that are the arch rivals of Gathering X and want to make every human suffer the way they have.
Eternity Hive, a group of super beings that keeps the east side of the US mainly in check, they are vigilantes of the night, and work mainly in the cover of the moon.
Assembly of the Unknown, much like their name, not much is known about this mysterious group. They seem to dwindle on the line of good and evil, killing criminals with their professional skill.
Whether it be on the side of good or evil, human or super human, you are involved now, and the time to act is now. What will you do?
