Powers:
Heightened agility, strength (can lift 7 tons without the symbiote), reflexes, the ability to stick to walls, can discharge organic webbing from her fingertips, possesses a sixth sense ("spider-sense") that alerts her to danger, perfect balance and equilibrium. Reilly’s overall metabolic efficiency has been greatly increased, and the composition of her skeleton, inter-connected tissues and nervous system have all been enhanced. Spider-Girl's musculature has been augmented so that she is superhumanly strong and flexible. Reilly can also focus her bioelectric energy into "venom blasts" sufficient to stun or kill normal humans and rapidly forms an immunity to all poisons, drugs, and is totally immune to radiation.
Reilly is in possession of a clone version of the Venom symbiote which retains all the powers and characteristics of its template except for a conciseness of its own. The symbiote is completely a part of Reilly, controlled by her and has no mind of its own. When distributed at a typical thickness over her body, the symbiote is capable of absorbing bullets from small-arms weapons firing conventional ammunition and is able to create detachable weapons (most often in the form of blades or spears) made entirely from the symbiotic material which later regenerates itself. The symbiote is however particularly vulnerable to both sonic and heat-based attacks. The symbiote also has the power to blend in with the almost any background including the pitch black darkness and even see through water. It is also able to mimic any style of clothes Reilly wishes to where. Lastly the symbiote adds to her already enhanced strength allowing her to lift almost double that of Spider-Man and Jessica Drew.
Abilities: Like her predecessor Ben Reilly of whom she is named she posses many or Peter Parkers memories including those of his education. She retains his genius level intelligence and there for has an incredible knack for the sciences. Also containing samples of Jessica Drew’s DNA and there for her memories she retains her fighting and investigatory skills. Additionally Reilly has a beautiful singing voice of which she uses in her civilian life as a job/career in order to support herself in her travels and most recently gain international fame.

Utility Belt
Spider-Girl’s, utility belt worn under her symbiotic costume, allows her to carry any necessary equipment she needs when she goes out on patrol. It can, spider-tracers, a camera, SHIELD communicator and tracer as well as many other field work devices.
Spider-Tracer
The Spider-Tracer is a typical tracker that is shaped liked a spider and is aerodynamic for flight. Built by Peter Parker and replicated by Reilly using SHIELD technology the tracers are very small so it will not be noticed when attached on a person. She usually uses the tracers to track objects or people. She also uses it on enemies that are escaping in order for Spider-Girl to track them easier. It was originally a small signal tracer, but eventually like Peter she was able to modify her tracers for her to be able to track it using her spider-sense. However, she can only track it with her spider-sense within a 100 yard radius, but she also has a receiver that can trace at longer distances.

Personality: Reilly is honorable to a fault. She knows she was created to do evil and therefore goes out of her way to do the exact opposite. She is often very cheerful with those she meets and is a very likeable person but there are times when one can catch her brooding and depressed most often over the nature of her existence and her future. In battle she is a fierce warrior with the sharp wit of Spider-Man and the cunning and quick thinking of Spider-Woman. She is fiercely loyal to those that become close to her including those she perceives as family such as Peter Parker, Jessica Drew and even Venom for some odd reason she can’t explain.
History: Reilly Jessica Parker is the latest clone created by the infamous Jackal in order to bring chaos to Spider-Man’s life. Reilly was recently created after the Jackal’s failed attempts to create a perfect Venom clone. Due to Eddie Brocks cancer and the alien intelligence of the symbiote the Venom clones created and sent out into the world all became in there own unique ways unbalanced, none truly able to portray the true personality of Venom himself.
After abandoning these experiments and his secret lab in New Orleans the Jackal returned to his old tricks of trying to create a clone of Spider-Man himself but this time with a few twists in the form of adding DNA from Spider-Woman aka Jessica Drew. By doing this the mad scientist created his first ever female spider clone which contained both the abilities and memories of Jessica Drew and Peter Parker. As an added bonus the Jackal took one last stab at cloning the Venom symbiote but this time found a way to eliminate the alien conciseness and tie it directly into the female clone’s brain giving it complete control over the costumes abilities.
This new success elated the evil villain until after releasing the clone he found that like its predecessor the Scarlet Spider she had a mind and will of her own. Containing the memories of the two spider-heroes whose DNA ran through her body the clone immediately turned on the Jackal and escaped from his clutches before any further experimentation could be done to her.
She now finds herself alone in the world, taking the name of Reilly in homage of the fallen Scarlet Spider the first and possibly best clone of Spider-Man before her as well as the middle and last name of Jessica Parker in homage to those whose blood runs through he veins. She does not know what her next move will be, if she should seek out her “family” or try to go it alone and make her own way in the world. All she does know is that she will not be used for evil as the Jackal intended, she will take after those she is modeled after, Spider-Man, Spider-Woman and even in his own way Venom, she will be a hero and do what she must to protect the innocents of the world form those that would harm them.
